Thus, day after day, he offers you market cuisine by choosing only the freshest products from local sources, and whenever possible, directly from the Domaine's vegetable garden.

In his dishes, which genuinely and passionately showcase the local terroir, the Chef follows the rhythm of the seasons and skillfully honors the classics of French culinary heritage with joy and subtlety. Roasted poultry mingles with confit lamb shoulder and grilled Ardèche pork breast; seasonal vegetables compete in their crispness. As for desserts, gourmands are delighted with roasted quince with spices and lavender honey ice cream, fruit tarts, and more.
