Our flavored teas such as Empire des Anges with notes of coconut and vanilla or Ma Belle Provence with peach and lavender aromas offer a unique sensory journey. For coffee lovers, discover our rare origins like Ethiopia Sidamo or Costa Rica Heredia, available in classic version or as delicious latte preparations.

Homemade treats & artisanal pastries
Each beverage can be accompanied by homemade pastries created by our Pastry Chef in accordance with sustainable gastronomy principles. Our creations evolve with the seasons and prioritize local products: madeleines with honey from the Domain, cannelés with beeswax, generous Paris-Brest, or lemon meringue tart.
We also offer our "Gourmet Tea" and "Gourmet Coffee" options at €15, ideal for discovering an elegant assortment of our seasonal treats, enhancing the aromatic richness of your beverage.





Organic hot chocolates: journey to the heart of cocoa trees
Chocolate lovers will find their happiness among our organic hot chocolates from exceptional terroirs. Three origins selected for their authenticity and typicity:
- Ivory Coast – Guémon, with rich and intense notes
- Peru – Chanchamayo, fruity and slightly tangy, served without added sugar
- Vietnam – Thanh Long, sweet and spicy, with a tangy touch
Each chocolate is prepared from organically grown beans, for a pure and respectful taste experience.
