This impressive collection includes regional Rhône Valley wines, national grands crus and an international selection to satisfy the most demanding palates.
Our sommelier is on hand to guide you in your choice of bottle, and to suggest food and wine pairings that will sublimate every dish prepared by our Michelin-starred chef. These wines can also be purchased directly from the hotel reception, allowing you to extend the experience at home.

The chef happily takes up the classics of French cuisine, adapting them to the four seasons and using local produce. In a friendly, informal atmosphere, you'll enjoy simple, straightforward tastes.

Located in the heart of the estate, this new space invites you to relax in a warm and modern atmosphere.
This Tea Room is designed as a true haven, where each visitor can enjoy a unique gourmet experience in a peaceful setting. Whether you're unwinding after a walk in the park, extending lunch at Bistrot 270, or seeking a comforting break during the colder months, this intimate space is here to welcome you.
Exquisite Pastry Creations
With a focus on quality, every pastry and viennoiserie served in the Tea Room is made on-site using carefully selected ingredients for their freshness and excellence. Under the guidance of a team including the estate’s artisan baker, the pastry chef from our Michelin-starred restaurant, and a student trained at the Ducasse School, all creations are crafted with exceptional care and expertise.
Discover our signature treats such as the honey madeleine made with honey from the estate’s beehives and infused with Domaine olive oil, the generously filled Paris-Brest, the lemon meringue tart, or the traditional cannelés glazed with beeswax.
A Fine Selection of Teas and Coffees
To accompany these sweet delights, the Tea Room offers a wide selection of premium teas and specialty coffees, along with organic chocolates from Monsieur Morain’s chocolate factory in Donzère.
